This page explains when you can get a refund and when you cannot.
Most standard hosting plans include a limited money-back window. VPS, dedicated servers, licenses, and most domain charges are usually non-refundable.
If there is any conflict between this page and our Terms, the stricter refund rule applies unless mandatory law says otherwise.
7 calendar days for shared/cloud/offshore plans and 10 calendar days for reseller plans (if eligible).
VPS, dedicated servers, software licenses, renewals, and most domain charges.
[email protected] — contact us before filing any payment dispute.
Refund abuse, repeated cancellations, fake claims, payment fraud, chargeback misuse, and policy gaming may result in refund denial at our reasonable discretion. Approved partial-period refunds are calculated pro rata by calendar day.
Non-refundable items
These products are final sale after provisioning, activation, or renewal.
- VPS plans and renewals
- Dedicated servers and renewals
- Software licenses (for example cPanel, LiteSpeed, CloudLinux, Plesk, DirectAdmin, and similar)
- Renewals, unless mandatory law requires otherwise
Domain refunds
Most domain charges are non-refundable once registration starts.
- If domain registration has started, the charge is usually final.
- If hosting included a free domain, domain cost may be deducted from any approved hosting refund.
- Suspended domains due to abuse or policy violations are not refundable.
- If we fail to deliver an eligible domain service within the promised setup window, we may approve a refund based on this policy and law.
Hosting refunds
Standard hosting refunds are available only within the published refund window and subject to eligibility requirements.
Orders placed under promotions or special discounts may be eligible for partial refunds or account credit only.
Certain special hosting plans (such as DMCA-ignored labeled services) do not include a standard money-back guarantee. For these plans, refunds—if approved—are provided only as partial refunds or account credit and must be confirmed in writing.
Refund windows
The window starts on your purchase date and closes at 23:59 UTC on the last day, unless your invoice states a different timezone.
| Service type | Refund window |
|---|---|
| Shared, unlimited, cloud, offshore (standard locations) | 7 calendar days |
| Reseller (WHM / Master / Alpha) | 10 calendar days |
| Alternate-jurisdiction hosting | No standard window |
Eligibility rules
Refund approval requires all key checks below.
- Order is within the valid refund window.
- No chargeback, payment dispute, fraud, or abuse record.
- No serious Terms violations or prohibited use.
- Refund applies to base hosting only (not add-ons unless expressly stated).
- Applicable deductions are applied (for example free domain cost, used-time deductions on longer billing cycles, and lawful processing deductions).
Cancellation outcomes
Why service was canceled affects refund outcomes.
- If we cancel due to fraud, abuse, prohibited use, or serious policy breach, refunds are usually denied.
- If we cancel for non-abuse reasons, refund review may be available based on this policy.
- Abusive or threatening behavior toward staff may result in account termination and limited or no refund.
Crypto payments
Crypto payments are non-refundable due to their irreversible nature. Refunds, if any, are granted solely at our discretion and only in exceptional cases.
Refund deductions
A 5% processing deduction may apply to approved refunds only when payment provider rules and applicable law allow it.
- If law or provider rules do not allow the deduction, we waive or reduce it.
- Approved refunds go to the original payment method where possible; otherwise as account credit.
- Other policy deductions may still apply (for example free-domain cost, migration charges, or used-time calculations).
How to request a refund
We aim to be fair and transparent in all refund decisions.
Email support or submit a billing ticket with your invoice number and reason.
